Trying to lean out so I don't have too bloofy a summer. But yesterday was my cheat day:
AM- Philly omellette with 3 eggs, shaved steak, mushrooms, peppers and cheese. Home fried potatoes. Large banana & chocolate chip pancake.
Snack- Chobani yogurt
Snack- peanut butter, fluff and banana sandwich.
PM- 8-10 oz glazed ham, veggie lasagna, homemade mac n cheese, salad, cupcake.
Snack- yogurt and fruit (pineapple, melon, strawberry).
Today-
AM- 1 omega egg w 1/2 carton egg whites (40g protein?), 4 slices turkey, 1/2 cup oatmeal with low sugar syrup.
Coffee, water
Snack- 25g whey with other half carton egg whites, 1/2 tsp honey
Lunch- Chicken, rice & salad
Snack- Plain chobani yogurt
Train- gatorade and Monster lo carb
After training 2 eggs, 8 oz steak, rice
Dinner- Chicken cooked in olive oil, salad
Night- shake with egg whites & 1% milk.
