it doesnt mater what you eat friends,,get it in your head,,if not try to be 4% and want to be 6-7%....you can practicaly eat anything you like within the ratios,,for example this can be your diet for the typical americano,,

wake up all carton egg whotes,,2-3 bars of fruit and grain ,,2 bananase,,2-4 small pine apple juice,,maybe even some cube of godive chokolatos

meal 2...some sushi of choice

meal 3...either one morre eggwhote carton the all damn thing and some more bananes/bar or some sub

meal 4 after gym... 5 guys of your choice of their burger with fries

meal 5 ...some gril chiken or steak or eggwhote again or some cotege cheze zero % and if still hungry some carbs of your choice


there you have it,,that is it!!the aboev is the diet you can follow and be 6-8% within 3 months on legit gh and the steroid i mention to you day in day out,,thats the all scambag balonie the supp company try to sell you ,,the ilsuion call bodybuild,,we dotn have a fuckin diet!! unless preping and want 4% then we have cleaner diet,,but down to 6-8% we have absolityly no diet that is clean,,

its nto only that my friends,,the thing many do not undertsnad is that many many of you use bunk product,,, you think it is good but it is not,,it is underdose with shit powdr or completly fake,,the fellas who get someone are the ones who get LEGIT products,,they are the ones you see on stages,,they been in it for verryyyy long time and just hook up with the right conection,,it is very important to have LEGIT PRODUCT FOR WHAT I SAY TO HAPPEN!,,

if a pupil of mine do everything i say then that pupil worked with bunk product,,that pupil can not get result ! ! ! and what i mean by that,,

Ive only had 2 meals today.

Meal 1 was 7 hard boiled eggs and a couple pieces of bread with PB.

Meal 2 i just had a little bit ago which was frozen pizza bought from Jewel.

During the week i eat about 3 to 4 meals a day, weekends maybe 2-3. Sat/sun are my off days. Sometimes ill do cardio/abs on those days.

Today i had a small microwaved pan pizza with a couple of spoons of cottage cheese for breakfast. Then I ate one cheeseburger from BK and one full length sandwich from Subways. Extra mayo I said to the cashier. Between meals I fitted one small gainer drink and then brought home dinner from McDonalds, a bag containing one cheeseburger, one bigmac, a large french fries dipped in ketchup of course. Finished it off with my late night snack, spagetthi and meat sauce leftover topped with one package of cheap noodles.

Yeah but i cannot get away with a diet like this completely natural. Being natural i have to eat completely clean to even look somewhat decent at 200lbs. Sucks

I'm a lifetime natural as well, and I pretty much eat whatever I want, as long as I don't over-eat (ie sitting at mcdonalds 5 times a day lol) and I'm currently sitting @ sub-8 ;D Although I will say that sugary sweets aren't a very wise food choice, at least in my case, but everything else is fair game (ie french fries, pizzas, cheeseburgers, etc). It's my experience that if you train nearly every single day, and train VERY HARD, then this causes bio-chemical changes within your body which basically gives you the "license to sin" (ie eat whatever you like) this has been my experience at least... But if you don't train VERY HARD nearly every single day, then you can't get away with eating whatever you want while staying very lean.

You again. You seem to be very obsessed with body fat percentage. YOu claim to be sub this and sub that. OK, whatever. But all of that means nothing when you look like someone who does even lift weights. Have you gotten that 16 inch "conditioned" arm you were bragging about in the beginning of this year. AI think it was back in March where you claimed you would have visible abs in 10 days. Hows that coming along. Your so full of yourself that it's just nauseating. Please stop already. Whatever percentage you think your "sitting at" just stop. And dont bring gh15 into this and always claims how he backs you and puts you at whatever body fat you are. you still look like crap.
