wake up all carton egg whotes,,2-3 bars of fruit and grain ,,2 bananase,,2-4 small pine apple juice,,maybe even some cube of godive chokolatos
meal 2...some sushi of choice
meal 3...either one morre eggwhote carton the all damn thing and some more bananes/bar or some sub
meal 4 after gym... 5 guys of your choice of their burger with fries
meal 5 ...some gril chiken or steak or eggwhote again or some cotege cheze zero % and if still hungry some carbs of your choice
