its the truth tho. even something as serious as severe depression is all in the head. not to say drugs cant help or there arent physiologic factors/signals coming into play. of course. but one can will themselves out of it. just like one can willthemselves out of anxiety, or any other state of mind. (barring real physical barriers)

i think you confuse the fact that depression is a neurological infliction- which is in the head...with psychological thought patterns that arent quite right...both of which can be fatal.
the former requires medical intervention for partial recovery at best.
to simplify it to "thinking their way out of it" is just plain ignorance.
