Smoking the right weed and the right amount is a better recommendation. Anxiety and negative feelings can occur when you're running certain compounds or just lots of gear all around.
I get what I call a positive aggression. When I enter the gym to see mostly fags that never make progress and only mean mug for their entire workout... I want to punch them straight in the chin without warning, hold my hand out to help them up and assure them "it's all good, holmes!" And buy them a fucking beer. That's the way I describe exactly how tren makes me feel.
If you do feel agression, quickly channel it into something like house work. May sound fucking gay but when I got ticked off at roommates when I was on tren I'd smoke a bowl of weed, pop some ephedrine and caffeine and put on some Def Leppard and clean like a crack head. Whatever floats your boat.
I guess to sum it up, if you feel irritated as fuck then start doing something other than raging. And do it immediately.
