Wot kind of squats do you do? Glute squats (feet wide apart, and lots of forward bending) or Quad squats (feet much closer together, and no excessive forward bend)?
you cant possibly have high intensity if by the time you reach your top weight you've spent energy on lower weights.also, mixing high and low reps just doesnt work. you need to select one or the other, not both..the brain doesnt recruit like that.theres so much wrong with your routine you're robbing yourself of much greater gains- and smashing your energy while you're at it.its totally inefficient and ignores everything thats been learnt since the 1980s.
If that is so, then what's your secret for big quads? I'm not trolling man, I'm just wondering why you put "The Secret to Big Quads" when your squatting style (wide stance) more throughly activates the posterior chain, ie. glutes, erectors, hams
