well since I finished my 2nd marathon about 4 hours ago, there is NO way anyone could carry a 230llb anything LOL. Although, I did see some pretty overweight people running so good for them.

Red Hook, you can totally run 6 days a week. You've a good timing thing down. But seriously, especially when it warms up, go run outside. I so much prefer outside. That type of treadmill you run on gives me the worst shin splints. Just make sure to stretch before and after. Honestly I run faster outside

I used to run everyday and man, I was tired like a fuck..after a while I couldn't get a hard-on to save my life....my body was so run down.....  though I did lose a ton of weight though...just run three to four days a week..thats good enough

That is the least of my concerns, if anything I am more worried that squatting would mess up my running.

i was in my best condition running everyday, id lose mass but have cut up quads and leaner stomach

same here..but also..my poundages went down..couldn't lift as heavy as before...I guess the extra mass gave me more leverage

lift = look good, feel like shit

do GH and test while running AND lifting = look good and feel good

well if you dont replace what you burn off then yes you lose mass

you can gain mass by running if you eat enough or actually eating ALOT

you can also look just right while losing a tad bit of mass eating slightly above normal

studies show sprinting is where its at  ??? ???

running long distance teaches the leg muscles to not fire as fast. Thus not building/firing as strong as a sprinters legs

Sprints don't make you feel invincible, prolonged running does. If you stay consistant and dedicated to it.

Men have low test levels, women have low estrogen levels, and lose breast tissue, and both get the same "skinny fat" look, with flattish muscle tone. It's best to do medium runs, where you can develop stamina, yet still maintain muscle. Nobody is really designed for marathons, as it breaks down the body---who wants to look like a asexual being?

Just as bbing is extreme for the physique, so is Marathon.

i wouldnt run more than 2 miles a day hard and fast

if your just jogging you aint doing much but burning calories, you might aswell be doing painting or carpentry or mowing grass if you are going to run submaximal

Are you talking about a "Runner's High"? When I ran in track in HS, and then later on would run by myself on the track in college and after college, I would get that...
