Not trying to be a dick or anything, but online training is a scam and half. A good trainer sees the imbalances in the client and caters to corrective flexibility needed. It's not just writing out a prgram for someone. That's too Golds gym...

It is easy. You've made it and most here would agree that you are not smarter than your average high school gym teacher. You would never make it past basic calculus let alone go to med school or become a rocket scientist.
