Should I back ma claims? Losing 2% of bodyfat per week!

Yeah, I claim I can lose 2 percentage points of bodyfat per week, so I'm wondering if I should prove it here? I could do it on a more friendly board, but I'm trying to decide if I should do this here (says the 150 pound twink) ;D

If you really want to do this and prove that you can lose 2% bodyfat per week, you can email me a blog, a starting point and a weekly story / rant on how you are accomplishing this.  Whether or not someone beleives you is not the point, it is if you truly can do it.

There is also a training board and logs to write about it on this web site too.

I take dat challenge. I'm doing da Mentzer training dis week. I do da curls, one set every 25 days. I tink dat will get me sub7% and land ma a fine phillie. Wut u tink WillGrant? I'm trying to get da six pack and dat vein in ma bicep. So far 2day i ate sum gummy bears and half of a big gulp with dat Dr.Pepper inside. Dis week i think a calorie is calorie, dat may change tho. thats absolutely do-able as dieting at half your BMR is a deficit of approx 1000kcal depending on what weight you are, and weight training for 45 minutes plus a 15-30 minutes cardio will burn 1000kcal..meaning a 2000kcal deficit. ..if you climb some stairs during the day, or walk a distance, or skip, or whatever then itll be more..

2000kcal per day, or 14000kcal per week deficit gives you 1.5kg = 3.3lb of fat per week lost..maximum theoretical.

FWIW ive lost 8% bfat since jan 4th, and closer to 12% bfat since Dec 15th. So thats 8% in 60 days, and 12% in 80 days..approx 1% per week and i havent really dieted too hard..just consistent training, clean eating and consuming less than my BMR.

if you then throw in some clenbuterol, AAS and GH then that'll accelerate things even further by raising BMR, and maintain mass so whatever the deficit is, itll be mostly fat that goes.





I expect that it gets harder the lower you go as the BMR drops and you either eat less and less or exercise more and more.

Wait. I thought you were already doing a complete transformation that was suppose to "wow" us all? You claimed you could get to single digits in 3 weeks "because you know how to do it" but that was eight weeks ago. And whatever happened to the 17" arms, recalibrated to 16", again at single digits?

You made a lot of claims about you progressive loading principle. That you will increase reps and/or weight every work out and make gains after every workout. I'm sure after an 8 year break initial progress came quick but just like all of us things grinded to a screeching halt very quickly.

Have you made any noticeable progress at all in your arms from the last pic you posted?
