6 meals a day and proper macros my ass! LOL!

competed this last thursday... weight after dehydrating my ass was 87.5 kg (around 193 lbs)... i'm the biggest and leanest i've ever been in a contest and i didn't even prep for it (the only thing i did was take a diuretic on the day of the show)...
some of the folks who read my previous posts know i just ate 3 meals a day for the past 18 weeks... a little less than 1 gr per lb of protein... and cals went down from less than 2000 cals (around 1800) from the start down to 1300 cals or so starting 3 or 4 weeks ago...
my meals the last 3 weeks were
breakfast = 60 grams of whey with 300 ml milk
lunch= 250 grams lean ground beef made into 2 patties, 2 white bread buns, 2 slices fat free cheese, ketchup
dinner= same as breakfast

sometimes if i stay up late til 11 or 12 and get really hungry, i'd eat another meal of 2 to 3 eggs with some cheese and a couple of slices of toast... as always, wednesday night up until friday night i eat whatever the hell i want in whatever quantities (usually i only eat til i'm half or 3/4 full, then i wait a couple of hours and eat again)...

anyway... last couple of weeks i switched to some low volume training cuz the whole high volume thing + cardio was taking too much of my time... so it was 30 minutes of low volume hitting each muscle with 4 sets and hitting it twice every week with 60 minutes of cardio walking 3 mph at 15% incline...

and here are the results  ;D



after weigh in, i had to make sure no schmoes came along and stole my penis

i've been on letro for... 9 weeks now i think?  ???
i was using it at 1.25 mg twice a week, and when i started the tren E i started taking it 3 times a week. tren and deca give me tits and letro is the only thing that stops them.

You should have listened to me a long time ago.  Here is another tip, when you ate 2000-1300 calories on your "diet" days, you can eat whatever you want and it does not have to be anything special or rigid in any way.  Just eat whatever you like and by default you will cover all of your needs.

you coudl come much better condition from back,,neve rthe less good job,,next time around prop insted of enantat,,also less letro,,and also tren ace insted of enantat,,what you need do it,,

testosterona trenbolona masterona every single day ,,then only then! if needed letrozola and at the edn smart use of duretic,,you probably win the over all ,,

again like told you many times ,,there is no bodybuild diet,,it is only to get to 4% ,,pictures presented are not 4% but are 5-6% closer to 6which is good enough,,it would be 5% if follwo what i say and 5% in this level will win the over all

It's extremely hard for me to control myself or put a grocery list if i don't have quantities and certain food in mind to eat.
I really don't have an appetite whatsoever, but when it comes to sweets, i can eat 3000 cals in one sitting and stuff myself silly unless someone pulls a gun up to my head and says "FUCKING STOP IT!"... so this diet is a just a way to control my cals...

i DO believe that you need a certain amount of protein... close to 1 gr per lb is MORE THAN enough... plus i'm very sensitive to carbs... i look like shit when i eat over 150-200 gr of carbs and i feel like shit.

so, burgers and protein shakes is what i like to eat :) and that's what i did...

but i wouldn't go around eating ice cream with nutella and peanut butter... that'll just ruin my whole day and fuck up my stomach... but it'll taste damn good going down the hatch.......... shit that sounded gay!  ???

seriously... if i had money, i'd be on Equipona, masterona, trenbologna, and GHona at high doses for 12-16 weeks... but i'm as broke as shit at the moment and all i had to use was the test that was left over, and i was chasing people around who owed me money to pay me back with gear... that's why i had the tren E and letro... the only thing i paid for was the fat burners... I was on acetate a couple of months ago (at much lower doses) and it was the shit!... Tren E at 400 gave me the same hardening effects as 150-225 mg of tren a but with a ton of sides... I hate it! but it was the only thing i had to use. I had some winny, but i'm saving it with the dbol for next week to go on the last 4 weeks of my cycle this year and just inject and swallow whatever the hell i have left in my cabinet and use some slin with that to fill out a bit and grow without gaining much fat in these next couple of weeks.

never took competitions seriously and never will since they are basically about who uses more harsh drugs and has better genetics... i'd rather pay off all my debt right then if i have extra cash where it's either i wipe my ass with it or buy some drugs, i'd probably buy the drugs ;D

dont get me wrong my friend,,you have one of best physiqe out of this boarding amatueres there is no doubt about it,,for 190lb this is great physiqe,,just litle more tune up and you win overall but never the less one of better physiqes i see on board hre from amatuers

I'm stay right around 10% regardless. I can take months off from the gym too. Surely you will notice the same thing as you get older. Sure, you ain't shredded, but you are in fantastic shape and you have great genetics. Every thing else just "accents" that fact.


Protein sells bodybuilding mags, that's about it.

I eat cca. 1200-1500 cals/day, but it much easier to do this by eating 3*30g brown rice, 2*40g oatmeal etc. through the day, than eating the same amount of calories from some 1-2 McDonalds sandwich or 1 pizza/day. So even if a "caloire is a calorie", you feel you eat more, if you exclude simple carbs and bad fats.

I usually have a 36 inch waist with kinda of a flat stomach... all the fat goes to my back and love handles... i've practically given up on trying to lose the love handles... but persistance and almost giving yourself a heart attack with all the thermos (LOL!) took care of it this time ;D... still, i'll never get a dry, hard, and shredded back unless i nearly kill myself... even then, second day it'll fill up with water and look like shit!  :D

wednesday, feb 23rd... i got a call from the team coach saying they lifted the ban off my ass because they fired the head of the sports federation, and they gave us a gift due to the king returning from his operation... the coach said i have 8 days to prepare... i said fuck it, i'm ready :)

I totally agree with this. Many carbs are useless and make you feel bloated and sluggish and 1 gram per pound of protein is easily enough.

no GH this year  :'( :'( :'( ... couldn't afford it. we can't order any GH from china (customs are worse than australia... even though it's legal, you can't bring any powders or liquids or supplements in without approval from the ministry of health... which is basically impossible)... and 4 iu of GH costs a minimum of $12... so, no moneyz  :'(

If i took GH it wouldn't have taken me 18 weeks to get that lean starting out like this

last year we all signed up to compete in this same contest (eastern province championship)... on the day of the contest, anti doping came and said they will do random testing. the judges were like "fuck!"... and the competitors were like "uber fuck!"...
so the 65 kg guys decided not to go on stage... the judges said "if 65 kg competitors don't step on stage in 5 minutes, the contest is cancelled!" which is what they wanted to get rid of these guys... needless to say they cancelled the contest... a couple of weeks later, the news paper had the names of everyone who signed up to compete and said that they "fled the scene when asked to be tested for steroids" and we all had a 2 year ban on our asses for that.
