30-40 grams w/each meal works for me , add  carbs  for gaining weight ,drop carbs for losing weight.
exactly.. i eat 40-50 grams per meal, but only eat every 4-5 hours. i eat carbs after my workouts.

Not exactly, coz you see fatpanda was only "blah-blah-blah" with ZERO results to show for his efforts. I will back what I say with visual proof, and it will happen VERY QUICKLY (at least the 1st phase will, my shredding phase). I'm absolutly certain that I will hit sub-7 within a 4 week time frame. It is a done deal. But the 2nd phase, spot gaining in my arms while staying relatively lean, not going above 10% is gonna be more tricky, and it will be a learning experience for me.

30 years ago no one was useing supps.  it was all good food and juice.  the end.    I eat lean meat daily watch my carb intake and try to eat clean.     Sitting at 275 @ 12bf   not bad for a on again off again lifter

i told you again and again again and again ,,there is no natural that EVER was even 190lb 6% ,,naturals limits stand 180lb 8-10% and 5'10,,for you you would be lucky if you touched 180 8% naturally more likely 177-178 8% naturally,,anything over that will be as result of hormones wether orals injects gh anything above that is hormone related ,,and if you get the 3 lb from the stupoid creatine and see 184 for few days,,it will go momnet you are off the creatine,,its just water around stomack and with some people aroudn all over ,,but the limit i put to natural is writen in stone,,NEVER EVER WAS A NATURAL TRUE NATURAL WALKING AROUND 200LB 8% THIS IS HORMONIZED NUMBER! 200-210 TRUE 8% IS HORMONIZED NUMBER BIG TIME! it is just usualy very low gh and no insulina,,sometime can get ther ewith out gh but need to be younger fella in early 20s to mdi 20s ,,later on 200lb mid singles can only come with gh and steroid combo ,,and for 220 and up in single digit you will need insulina on constant basis every single day many times a day with trenbolona  and the rest of the shit that got you to 200lb 8% to begin with,,

Dont bother....the mispelling fuckwad cant handle it when people have done what he hasnt or could never do.  I competed at 188 - 190....was drug free up until december....yet this "IFBB pro  ::)" is telling me what I did or didnt do in my life.  His jealous burns inside more than the rapid stretching of his anus when a schmoe pile drives him bareback with no lube.

i met a guy (before i started bodybuilding).... dude was fucking retardedly huge and ripped... he never liked competing or the idea of it... i was talking to him and i was amazed at how fucking big he was (never saw someone that big in front of me ever!... again, this was before i ever lifted a weight, and i was a skinny fat 135 lbs guy)... after talking to the dude for 5 minutes, i realized he had the IQ level of a rock... hell, a rock would score higher... but when i asked him what the fuck he did to get big he said "look... for breakfast i eat 3 plates of fool and 6 bread pitas (fool is kinda like squished beans), and for lunch i eat 5 or 6 falafil sandwiches... for dinner i eat around 6 or 7 shawarmas"....

after he left, our mutual friend tapped my shoulder and whispered "he forgot to mention that he's a walking pharmacy... dudes house looks like a needle disposal bin"...
