I m a 175 lbs ecto and only eat two meals a day, working out 4/5 hours a week.
It doenst "hurt" , why would it? What truly must hurt is to shit two or three times a day, you re ruining your digestive system. I cant imagine the amount of food you must be ingesting to shit 2 times a day. Wow. Only obese people shit so many time a day.
What's anormal to me is that you shit 2/3 times a week in the first place. Epic overusing your internal organs. LEmme guess you re a "powerlifter/bodybuilder" ?
