How many times a day do you take a dump? serious.

Some days i take one, others 2-3. Now, i have 2 days I cant take a shit. Why is that?  :-X

How can i get them moving?

im 280 I prob shit like 3-4 times a day

always when I get up then just varies to what I eat

sometime once before breakfast then once again or maybe 2 more times


then 1-2 times during the evening after dinner

I have never gone a day without taking a dump - even on a shit ton of pain pills (when I wrecked my ankle) I'll still pinch a loaf

id say so -- I eat alot and very frequently -- it makes sense

I always feel good - and my stomach never gets messed up until I try NOT to throw up cause I always end up throwing up like steve-o, weak stomach

but I do take in 25g of fiber a day so that helps :D
