I think for whatever reason Charlie knew he was getting the boot from the show, so he went on this pr stunt to drum himself up to get more work. It's worked pretty well so far.

I don't need a kid to "know better". It's great if you have a kid or two and enjoy fatherhood...personally, I think parents become slaves once they have a kid. It's a constant on what the kid is doing, but worse, the parent who always talks about his kid...as if he's got the biggest gem in the bunch.
