they shouldve built an emergency tower over head of the reactor incase of an emergency like this filled with concrete, sand boron ect

Why? They don`t have the training or know how to do so. That wouldn`t make any sense to make someone do a task that hasn`t been properly trained. You are a moron.

I was born a few days before Chernobyl

Lands in Northern Ireland were affected by Chernobyl an only in the last 10 years in some areas were cattle allowed to graze on them.

I have a Bulgarian friend who calls me Chernobyl.
