You or I don't know what Evan or Phil will do in the future. Flex had said repeatey thar once he retired he would never train again, and Shawn Ray was pissed. And look at both of them now, Flex is the one that works out, and Shawn is the one has gotten fat.

They are blown up on the same shit yes, but Evan's program is based around freeweights and heavy lifting. In my opinion is why he will always hold huge size for years to come. Not to mention what you said, Evan is a mesomorph and has a bigger frame than those guys. Heath and Flex are bodybuilders first, then weightlifters. Which means they would rather just slam the drugs blow up and use mostly machines and bypass putting on dense real muscle by lifting heavy ass weights for years. The dudes that dont lift heavy, hard and are all drugs never keep their size, they always shrink right down to fuck all. Everybody wants to be a bodybuilder but nobody wants to lift no heavy weights.

And i'm not doubting Phil is a better athlete than Evan either. But I really cant see Phil being very athletic at all at this point in his career..

But to most people size is size regardless if its dense muscle, all slin, synthol, plastic, whatever its all the same. Nobody even knows the difference anymore..

I got you...although, for Heath's first vid, he was using mainly free weights for arms and I think back, as well as chest...and he did pull ups...Flex would mix up free weights and machines...
