i lost a decent friend over the obama election

when i used to smoke weed a group of us intellectuals/college grad/potheads/winos/drunks would gather at my friends crib. well one of the 'friends' there was a librarian and pushed obama hard on everyone, he got so offended when i disagreed with global warming he vowed to never talk to me again, he was pissed about that and the fact i didnt vote for obama, i told him i dont vote and plus the candidates suck obama has always sounded like a more mellow rick flair but against white people and job creation. i knew it from the get go he was only about winning and pumping himself up , much like how black highschool kids have huge egos and are boistereous and offer no new ideas

-despite a massive budget defecit obama let tax breaks be renewed for the wealthiest americans, going against his part, because it was the right thing to do at the time.

invest or work in the number one buisness , real estate or property managment it has the least risk of all the buisness, basically if something is broke you can fix it on a house and things dont always break if built right or repaired right

enjoy life but you dont need to spend money to enjoy it.

spend some money on hoes but not too much , this should be the only luxury item u spend on ever

people get intimidated by real estate and rental properties its just dry wall and wood

i dont always spackle the walls super smooth like if its a big hole or something but once something has a fresh coat of paint you cant even tell it blurs out any imperfections

painting takes very little time a 12x12 room you can paint the walls in 2 hours and paint all the trim and windows in one hour to 1.5 hours

i know floor guys or carpentry dudes that charge in the 1000's for floor repairs when its really super simple , just cut out old wood replace with new. make sure the new plywood you add to fill in the hole in the floor is the correct thickness to where those no bulges in the floor. add some 2x8's to the floor joices or scab on so that the plywood can sit on top of it. if your over a 16th an inch you can sand it down, you can fill in gaps with wood putty aswell for a sealed tight subfloor

most people have no clue what there subfloor looks like its REALLY elementary!

i was a bit intimidated when i first started framing because all that wood and its placement looked complicating.

alls you have in a 5feetx5feet area of a room is 3 or 4 floor joices and plywood on top maybe 1 and 3/4 inch plywood that is all there is!
