Anyone got a good chest routine?
Here's my routine:
Three or four warm up sets of 8-12 reps incline dumbell presses.
Three or four sets of 8-10 reps of flat bench presses
Three sets of 8-10 reps of incline presses.
(Note: my gym has isolateral machines which I use for these last three exercises. This way I don't need a spot).
Three sets of weighted dips.
Four sets of pec deck or some other manner of flys. (I use a pec deck and/or a Nautilus incline pec machine).
Four sets of pullovers. (I use a Nautilus pullover machine)
Trust me, your pecs will be really pumped when your done.
