I've met him and even on the pic you can see he's taller than Flex. He's not in his late 30's, he's 33 years old. Another thing, English is his 3rd or actually 4th language.

i dont know what he is doing but he has lost more muscle in the last month than i can count.. quads way down.. torso has left him.. i like the guy but he needs to be big and full..

It is interesting that when someone is huge like Branch, they are raked over the coals for using a bunch of shit to get that way. When someone looks more natural (not saying he is) as Roelly does here, they get raked over the coals for being too small.

He should watch some of Levrones and Ronnies videos and start training all over again.
All the cables, sponges and fancy exersices in the world wont help him. Grandma tries too hard to pull a Charles Glass and she fails miserably.
