150lb dumbbell presses
« on: March 27, 2011, 10:07:02 PM »
Felt strong today! Had plans on benching 520lbs then do  150lbs dumbbell presses to failure or 20reps which ever came first!  I missed it by a few reps, but I'll try again in a few weeks! Goal is 550lb raw before the summer is over!

Thanks!  Yes turning them at that angle feels better for me, plus I can go a little deeper, with them straighter the edge of the dumbbells hits my chest before I get that full rom.

Thanks, well I do both most of the time.  But I always do barbell bench every chest workout no matter what.  The pump isnt the same for me when I dont hit the barbell.

does it make you feel special to lie like this?

you take a boat load of shit, then post here pics or vids because you seek approval from your peers so to speak. But because you are a natural born liar you act nattie as if you were anymore special than others. You are a liar Adrain. You know it, I do and every guy on here realizes that. Like mesomorph, "big" ache, etc etc
