People, people..   Those of you saying that its basically impossible to gain a decent amount of size using no or very little hormones are dead wrong. And its very obvious the people with that opinion obviously haven't spent enough time lifting heavy ass weights in the gym either. They are the lesser individuals that lacked discipline and determination to grow, gave up natural training rather quickly out of impatience and despair, resorted to AAS right away and now are bitter and jealous of anyone who did what they were unable to do. Put your time in the gym (10 years+) with plenty of milk and food and size will come.

However, once you have used AAS its fairly easy to maintain a decent amount of the size you gained from using it, even years later with minimal maintenance training. Running hormones 1 or 2 months of the year has its advantages too but only if you keep training hard with lots of food which can sometimes seem like a waste of time. Muscle memory goes a long way too!

Visually, AAS gives muscles a certain quality that has a certain look to it that always stands out, so i'm surprised with all gh15s so called "experience" he doesnt have the ability to tell that Groink is not currently using hormones. Its as plain as day to see hes not.
