started lifting weights at 14 years old....weighed about 150.Got up to 267 lbs. with 20 inch arms..55 inch chest and a 37 inch waist at approximately 16% bf at my largest now I'm in the high 240s and a Good deal leaner and more muscular...bf around 12%.....maybe a little less.I'm still BIG but not that big...and I'm cool with it. I look better and feel a whole lot better . I don't know How those guys do it....walking around at 300+, I wasn't nearly that big and I felt like I had a midget hanging around my neck 24/7
Ouch brother!I started out around 170, 9%bf around 18 (played a lot of sports)got up to lean 260 with 19 3/4" arms at biggest (but watery)now happy 244 @ 11% +/- doing not as many bodybuilding exercises, more practical stuff, alsocardio, p90x and muay thai

it had to go somewhere man.... 5'11" and 270 is pretty fooking thick. my shoulder-to-waist wasn't all that bad actuallyPS. That's an honest number....most dudes automatically chop 2 inches off their waist and put it on their chest
