Maybe the great Benchmeister will. Seems a little overbuilt to me. Not as bad as downtown San Diego, but rental rates have not moved a whole lot. I know my rental rate went up this year but I'm pretty sure I could have gotten a deal if I wasn't out of town and had time to actually negotiate it.

Also dont be fooled bro, houses that look like crack houses in the heights or midtown still go for a premium these days as they are were ppl seem to want to be. Land isnt easy to come by in those areas so youre going to pay to live there no matter what the place looks like.

Actually I prefer living in gritty and lower class neighborhoods, and I hate living in "Cosmopolitan" areas in the USA. I lived in Downtown SD and Downtown SF and didn't like it. But I loved southern Oregon, Oakland CA and Tucson,

Yeah, I can imagine that Dallas is probably a lot like Phoenix. A huge, sprawling city where you gotta drive like 10 miles to get anywhere. In a "city" but it feels like suburbia.

I'm not moving out there. Fuck all that. When I move back to the US i'm going to a small city. Most big cities in the USA suck in my opinion.

Then I realized it sucks. Got out of it. Havn't looked back since.
