yup funk sr here a lot of stuff is from my personal collection the billard training manual is actually about 50 years old my father who's 84 got it for me along with the golden barbell set when i was 9 years old. man time flies.

not really four times in the last ten years or so and before that 3 times when i was a kid and they york barbell was at the old location. they actually have some good prices in the store located in the same building.new  older legacy solid dbs were selling for 40 cents a lb two years ago.

when the york lifters made dramatic improvement in their totals after dr john ziegler turned on the juice  bob hoffman credited isometrics for the spike.
