The age old question comes up and itīs a matter of debate.. train a muscle 1x a week or 2x a week.

Spot on answer. At 52 now, once a week is all I can handle.

yes, i find that now  :) 1x a week is better.

Once a week is plenty......the key is rest and recovery.

I try to do arms twice a week{best for me}, and other body parts once a week.

I like full body workouts, three times a week. Keeps me a lot fresher and stronger then the typical body split routines. Furthermore, it sheds some extra fat. Always welcome for me
