He was breaking into the guy's car and the guy choked him out. Maybe he shouldn't be fucking with people's property.

Sad but that's what can happen when you're a thief. If I was to be totally impartial about this, the guy who choked him out should not be charged unless he kept the choke hold on longer than was reasonable. It's pretty hard to choke someone out and keep it on long enough to cause death.

Only a car? WTF are you talking about? It was someone's private property that he worked hard for. This little stool-pusher though he could take it away for free. Not only would the guy lose his car, but then he would have to deal with the aftermath of insurance paper work, police reports, figuring out how to get around until the car is replaced, etc. That's a lot of fucking hassle because some little quiff thinks it's a great idea to take something.

Death is not a suitable punishment, but it is the risk he took.

I've about run out of sympathy for stuff like this. The kid played his cards and lost. Its as simple as that. One more useless member of society is dead, and what do you know; the world keeps spinning.

This is ridiculous, the home owner didn't kill this stupid kid, he died 8 MONTHS after the incident, he was still alive for those 8 months, maybe in that time he got some sort of degenerative disorder and his body gave out, the guy who choked him out shouldn't be blamed, LOLz

Hope these stupid kids are learning a lesson from all this.
