Again with the dumb-assed-ness...in order for you to be charged with a hate crime, it has to be proven that you singled out that person due to race, religion, ethnicity, sexual preference...like you went out of your way with the intent find a black person to beat up....

How many spooks get charged with hate crimes on an annual basis in comparison to whites and what threshold of evidence has to be established in order to have a regular crime designated as a hate crime?  Before you answer, do some basic math on the figures that comprise the black population in America versus white and what group is responsible for the vast majority of crimes committed (especially violent ones). By your moronic reasoning, blacks commit most crimes in America, but whites commit most hate crimes. I guess racism is alive and well.

The animal that decided to go on a robbing spree in Howard beach and got his head bashed in with a baseball bat, is in jail now for victimizing ( big shock) another black person. Not sure if this was charged as a hate crime (although the reverands Sharpton and Jackson certainly wouldn't stfu about it), the piece of garbage that invented the Duke rape case out of thin air has been in jail since the beginning of this month for murdering her boyfriend.

this is not true at all.  more blacks have been convicted for black on white crime under hate crime laws than whites on blacks by a landslide.  i find it ironic, sad, and humorous that the people who pushed so hard for such legislation to be passed are also the most guilty of it and rightfully so.  i'll say it again.. american blacks are the most racist people in the USA.

Epic attempt at rationalizing. You just tried to explain why terms other races use spitefully against whites are not actually racist, and you just helped prove my point about the hypocrisy.
The point is, in the US, weve made it ok for people to be racist as long as theyre not white. Its so fucked up, we have even come up with the term, "reverse-racism". the term itself is racist, it implies that only whites can be racist, and that to classify discrimination against whites we need another term.
Where or how the terms came about is irrelevant, they are all terms used by other races as derogatory terms against white people. And no one sees the problem with it.  

Of course if no one says anything, nothing will change, because who in their right mind is gonna stand up and say "Hey, Its ok for us to talk shit and call them racist names, but when they do it, we freak the fuck out, lose it and look at them like theyre the lowest form of life on earth, thats not right!'
