Black folks are the most racist group as a whole in my opinion.  Whites are no longer permitted to have racist thoughts or express racist sentiments.  Blacks will continue to be racists forever because of white guilt over slavery.  This gives them a trump card and a perceived moral high ground.  Also, the racism industry is a very effective means of extortion and wealth redistribution so it won't be going away any time soon.

Again with the dumb-assed-ness...in order for you to be charged with a hate crime, it has to be proven that you singled out that person due to race, religion, ethnicity, sexual preference...like you went out of your way with the intent find a black person to beat up....

Nobody legislates thoughts, and that absurd scenario that you gave has to do with actions---sure, you can have the thought, but unless you ACT upon it, nobody gives a shit. Maybe it should be phrased, "lack of self control". Not every thought leads to a action, you make a decision to follow thru, you weigh the options, what happens is, you are punished for your bad descision making skills. Not the thought that begat the act. Your logic is flawed, because if a person does a "good" act he is rewarded, correct? Well, what if that person's thought was to do a good act, only to be rewarded, not to do something good? Is there a legal punishment for it? How would anybody know, unless he makes a choice to blab about it?
