its best to stay superhydrated, and try to do a "set" when really fatigued before you try to eat something. weirdly enough after you do the "set" you miraculuosly are not as fatigued as you once were, instead you are incredibly thirsty so guzzle that water. you will find that that craving for that snack or small meal AND fatigue are quikly interrupted by the "workout set" and instead replaced by dramatic thirst and ENERGY for a while until you atctually do eat
