old age or just lactic acid build up

i stand all day with no days off i feel like i have constant lactic acid build up from weighing 295 with boots on everyday. i took some muscle milk powder last night not sure if it helped but all the strawberries with twinkies or oatmeal cream pies just give me energy but dont really remove the lactic acid. and yes i drink a TON of water

i notice muscle milk has the highest amount of chromium than any other ingredient in the slapument perhaps this is what the founders beleived to be one of the more important vitamins

I find I get more lactic acid fatigue when I'm leaner.

Yep this is it Greens is what you need. Green beans, kale, cabbage, turnip greens this will help.

I think we have discussed this before..as I have the same problem. I feel a general fatigue at my legs...like its comming from the joints or something. This feeling is ALOT worse when im dieting. You basically cant stand up from the chair to go and have a piss without putting a lot of effort walking few steps.

Im gonna definately go and check it at a doc.

its best to stay superhydrated,  and try to do a "set" when really fatigued before you try to eat something. weirdly enough after you do the "set" you miraculuosly are not as fatigued as you once were, instead you are incredibly thirsty so guzzle that water. you will find that that craving for that snack or small meal AND fatigue are quikly interrupted by the "workout set" and instead replaced by dramatic thirst and ENERGY for a while until you atctually do eat

definitly not on any diet for fatloss

im more seeking the most energy "diet"

im finding that sporadic intense activity is the key to engaging longterm energy
