both shoulders, left ac joint, left knee, both elbows, right forearm and back from time to time...

and to think im only 30,,,

if anyones got shoulder problems i'll post a rehab workout that you should do for the rest of your career, not just when your injured

Does it revolve around doing L flyes with light weight? I have an old book called the 7 Minute Rotator Cuff Solution by Joseph Horrigan with a lot of those rehab excercises in it. He was one of the pioneers of deep tissue back in the early 90's. I should be doing that stuff, but usually blow it off, lol. Anyway, post that rehab routine.

Left knee pops out several times a year and my back gives out every couple of months.  :-[
