I am not trying to be confrontational but I am basing this on what i can do, I have good genetics for size and strength. The best? Noway but I would say I am in the top 5% of genetics for both size and strength.
I don't doubt your numbers at all, how do you feel about guys 50lbs lighter than you matching your lifts, naturally? I mean since you are in the top 5% of genetics for size and strength a guy 50lbs lighter than you and natural, matching your lifts would have to be like a one in 6 billion chance right? Except according to a couple guys here there is a gym full of them somewhere hidden in the jungle. :)

Take into account if they have been training longer that I could and shorter stumpier arms I would say it is possible. A lot of it is leverage etc particularly bench pressing.

I am 25 now, who knows what I may or may not lift in 10 years.

there is NO 200lb single digit body fat fellas 6-8% who bench 3+ plates of 45s each side of barberll for sets of 10! truly naturaly,,,nada,,none ,,zip,,

you wont find them ,,only hormonized to SOME degree it will be done,,

of course there are. in high school at 195pounds i was competition pressing 350.  In college, at around the same weight I was incline pressing 275 for sets of 10.  Am I the strongest natty under 200? nope.

LOL I know these people are not in EVERY gym, but they do exist. I do not for one second do not believe that a man at 200lbs cannot press 300x10 naturally. It can be done!

Are we talking 300x10 or 315x10?  I've been able to hit 300x10 under 200 pounds a few times in my life.  315x10, I dont think so. I could hit 315 for 6-8 reps back in the day at 195.

of course natural.  No videos Im not that vain nor did I think to myself five years ago, " I should probably record this to prove online that I did it".  Believe it or dont, its all good.  Im about 220 right now and can still hit 295 for a good 6-8 and I havent been working out that consistently for a long time(few years).  Im sure if i put 16-20 weeks together I could lose those 20 pounds while improving my bench to meet the 300x10.  I was actually about to start cutting anyways in 3 weeks, so I'll use this as a goal and I'll reference this thread when I do it.

lol,,J U I C E D ,,juiced can be many things from tabs to injects to peptides to anything you can order online now day and trust me the all americano highschools are FULL FULL FULL of hormonized kids,,they dont even look hormonized and they are! why dont they look hornmonized? many reason among them no idea of what products to use ,,no idea how to cut and what needed,,and then there are kids who know very well from internet era awhat to do from reading,,they know that materona will make you loo natural due to completr elimination of estrogenic sides ,,they know that ae and ai is balonie and that we only use masterona....they know trenbolona = strength multiple to the 9th degree,,they know lots of things,,

trust me on every lift you think is natural 10 reps 300+ there is a highschool kido or college that just poped in some turinabol or their favortie var or superdrol ,,but it is mainly the var that highschool kids love,,superdrol is hard for them to get now,,so they go with var and drol in many times combos of both ...they do it for a month or 2 then meet a girl they like in the frat party ,,then bodybuild and lifting is doen for them all at once and they are back to the chubb chubb they been before in record time ,,one thing they still do is drinking their 12 pack beers every coupel days until girl dump them or they get bored,,then they ar eback in the gym again tablets routine....the smarter ones go on injects and asgain few months down the road meet a girl and story go on and on ,,thats why they never grow to new minimums ,,thats why they only get strong temporarily ,,thats why bodybuilding is in the shits!

When you diet to get lean you lose strengh , even on hormones , some can hold close to there training weights but most of us recreational users of hormones drop our weights unless of course you are on tren , its part of dieting and off hormones this drop is even more extreme - now mes is claiming to be natural yet is gorrila strong at a a low bf% come on , that is bullshit and is impossible for a natural to do and defies physical logic.

I have met alot of pacific island and maori  freaks in the gym that are naturaly strong but they are not lean. All in the high teens and into the 20 % BF range , sure some of them look muscular and carry the bf well but if they were to diet down there strengh would drop as well..

Mes is not claiming lean % either , he is claiming ripped numbers at a higher weight number ( 200 odd pounds) and at that height at the bf% along with those numbers he is pushing that is utter shit without drugs . :) and no Mes Im not jealous , I have no need to be but I have been doing this long enough to know when something is a plain lie , it's reality and fact.

when you put videos of fellas lifting on youtube,,you do not know whats the conditions,,many many many of them are on pro hormones such as halodrol ,,which is very very strong anabolic steroids known as turinabol,,it works! and it works better than dianabol ! ,,

many of them are on other stuff that is considered for research ,,

some of them are truly natural and only on creatine or on nothing but they just dont lift those numbers,,even if very strong they may pull few reps ,,it wont be what you all approve as 10 rep 300+ lb

trust me if you do 315lb for 10 reps you been to hormones,,and you are aware of it ,,and in most cases proud of it ,,the ones who lift 350-400+lb ....they rarely go off hormones,,they already into comeptition ,,they already on gh and insulina ,,they already on doses of masterona and trenbolona and testosterona that the average begginer that does cycles dotn even dream off,,they go from vial to vial ,,no stop ,,no nothing,,always on

Even if what u say regarding height/weight ratio, with whatever percentage BF, were true, (which i dont think it is)....BUT for the sake of this discussion, let's say you're 100% correct regarding how much one can weigh at a certain height - there is absolutely NO WAY u can turn round and give a particular measurement as to what one's arms can measure. Ridiculous. Too many differences between individuals.
