So which lifts do you do fo yo chest and delts BFRS?
I start with dumbell presses, then inclines, then shoulder presses, then I do dips, close grip presses, lateral raises and some tricep isolation. I also hit tris on that day. Sometimes I throw in flys or front raises too.
Dumbell press, incline press, shoulder presses and dips are the key exercises I always do. All the isolation movements are just extras and I change them up all the time.
