im back upto 260 and i was managing 3 sets of 10 to 8,,,, but there a bad exersize for me, always end up straining my forearms/biceps
i used to squat, dont do them at all now.... imo theres no essential exersizes
theres plenty people squat, but theres not many actually go below parallel .. or they do with the warm up weights, but the depth gets less and less with each heavier set!
