When I do squats, I just use the bar 3 sets for 10 reps. Don't want muscles just tone

I had a buddy who was terrified of Leg Presses.
I have never witnessed or experienced puking after pullups. The leg-press on the other hand, have caused puking on several occasions ;-/NN

Whats the difference between those two? pullups and chins. its the same movement to me..
With the one you hit your chin to the bar, with the other your teeth.
