You'll won't get far training off and on like that. What are your goals and what are you willing to do to achieve them?
haha you're right. As far as training goes, I want to be as strong as possible at the leanest weight. So for instance, I'd love to drop down to about 190 pounds and being able to bench 400+, squat 500 plus, and deadlift 550+. I have to do alot of cardio/run (military) so being over 220+ really doesnt help me with that, and the military is more about cardio/running than anything else.
