I ate 1 big jamaican meal, drank a redbull and downed 15 oreo's .... my arm streches the tape at 19 5/8 inches and am currently sitting at 3.6 % bodyfat .... natural

4pm now and making 3 chicken breasts with rice. Gym soon.

Today I ate very clean and low cals, after yesterdays "big" day.

rest day today...nothing but sitting on my ass.

oats,eggwhites 1 yolk...all mixed in a bowl. I love it, with some sea salt. My favourite.

brown rice and chicken.

2x liquid eggwhites 3hours apart.

1 more meal left - I guess liq eggwhites again and go to sleep.

coffee, pepsi max, water.

Tomorrow it will be exactly the same the only diff is that I will add carbs to one more meal. to get through the chest workout.

Actually man, it's around 2,000 cals, as I didn't say exactly how many gummi bears and how much cola that I drank ;D Don't worry, I'm not on the AJ coffee and cigs diet any longer lol

How do you eat the cheese just cold, melted, straight or on crackers something like that? I cant eat no damn cheese cold got be melted or on bread or crackers.

Cals are up to round 2500 now, up from the previous 1200 or so that I was on for awhile.

Breakfast: 4 oz cheese, coffee with cream and sugar

Lunch: beef soup, gatorade

Dinner: 5 egg and cheese omelette, lots of gummi bears

Snack: 3 eggs mixed with cream, lots of chocolate chip cookiees

P.S. My weight is up 7 pounds over the past week, while my waist has stayed at 30 inches FACT

Today: Half a pint of ben n jerry's, one sesame bagel with 8 strips of bacon and 3 eggs.  Iced herbal tea.  One rice crispy treat made with marijuana butter.  Lunch will be a cheeseburger omlette with home fries,  2 servings of your mom's sweet ass cheeks, and pot roast with mashed potatoes for dinner.  Also 2 lbs of raw asparagus throughout the day for snacks.

Just finished the leg workout.

Im eating my icecream as we speak, already drank the eggwhites.

Just polished the 14'' (no homo) pizza with no effort at all.. :o

Legs are sore as hell 6 hours after the workout and im still hungry.. :P

Im gonna follow the same eating patern today. same day (legs) and im a pound lighter than the previous week. wtf.

must have been the bike. lol.

you dont need that much protein, dont need that many meals, and your severly lacking in fats. wise up old man.

listen to Tbombz. I personally DID notice a difference adding more fat to my meals. Few tablespoons of olive oil or almond butter and you may find you do actually grow better.
