So, due to stressfull work, and not enough time to do the schedule I usually do Im in need of some new ideas..my goal is to focus on fat burning and cardio, but still get in my training but my current workout program is spread out I think too much-
Quads/Calves
Chest
Back
Shoulders
Bis/Tris
I would sprinkle in there abs and 20-40 min cardio when I could. Now im wondering if I should condense the training to 3 days and just go in for some cardio and abs on the other days?
