*I'd go to the doctor get my thyroid checked and do some bloodwork to make sure that there isn't something going on.
*I'd keep my diet lean. Chicken, fish, broccoli, sweet potatoes, nuts, a little fruit and some other misc veggies.
*I'd drink a ton of water and limit liquid calories.
*I'd switch into cardio mode and get on the treadmill twice a day and try to burn off as many calories as I could.
*I'd do full body workouts 3x per week.
*I would repeat this for as long as it took.
*Then, I would get the women. 9's and 10's only. Raw dog.
