The Squat is the King of all progressive weight lifting exercises. This can be clarified with one word: Testosterone. The Squat, when performed correctly, induces the body to produce higher levels of Testosterone, making you bigger and stronger all over. Most men my age, for example, are running low on Testosterone and they can no longer perform and that includes sexually. Now myself, I can count how many workout I've missed in the last fifty years one one hand. I've been squatting coninuously three times a week the whoe time. And I don't mind saying my test levels are so high my unit still gets as hard as a brick now as it did when I was fourteen. And the broads love it. So keep Squatting, and stay away from the steroid creeps, who by the way, have atrophied, withered genitals.
