Inversion tables
« on: May 10, 2011, 08:44:37 AM »
Just received my inversion table.  Have yet to put it together.  I have a lot of lower back pain which i'm guessing is due to herniated disc.  Im hoping the inversion helps out.

Any thoughts on inversion?  Anyone tried it out?

Sweet.  I got a really nice one that locks into position.  I wonder if by using it it will cure the back pain associated with herniated discs, or just temp relieve it.  I've read where it allows the disc fluids to move back into position.

Excellent.  I opened the box, but just haven't had time to put together.  It's an Ironman atis 4000.  Really sweet!

I do like the table.  It's easy to assemble and doesn't hurt the ankles.

I do believe it to be useful in relieving pain in the lower back.  It needs to be used consistently though.

Make sure you have enough room for one.

It feels good to stretch the discs out.

If you have any questions let me know!

So how much does a good quality table go for?

And how often do you think it should be used?

I'd have to google the price but I think my wife paid about $300 for it.

I use it when my back gets sore from lifting. It tugs the vertebrae apart

No problem.

Just make sure if you're getting one you read the reviews people post on them.  You want one that is comfy on your ankles, and one that locks into different positions.

Going all the way upside down vertical doesn't happen right away.  Youll want to start at lesser degrees..   making sure to lock in place.
