I definitely draw a line between juiced/natural trainers. I have always said drugs were bad for bodybuilding because they killed the momentum of diet and training science. Had steroids never been invented, who knows what kind of training or diet revolution we may have seen? Positions of flexion for example, or the paleo diet.
BUT if guys are going to juice, they at least need to hear the truth as to what they should take. For example you always hear guys wanting to run 250mgs of TE for their first cycle or something. Others hear how good high doses are, and suddenly they want to run an all anadrol cycle- or other oral. I have been seeing guys wanting to run pure orals for a cycle for a decade now.
If a guy trains and wants to juice, it's a free country brother. I stand behind his decision. My goal is, as it always was, to help the guy achieve the best results as safely as possible and to avoid the pitfalls others have made in the past. You know what they say, a smart man learns from his mistakes, a genius learns from the mistakes of others...
If a guy wants to be a true natty good for him! You definitely can gain natty, but be realistic for expectations. I think GH15 is a bit strict in his predictions for natty trainers, and that was the impetus for me declaring I would go pro naturally. Silly idea, but it was never meant to be taken seriously, it was more to make a statement against Gh15, that naturals can make great gains etc. I think they definitely can. However, one needs to be realistic.
Fantastic post.

Here is some extra food for thought.
For years everyone in the hardcore crowd said that IFBB drug testing would kill big time pro BB.
The argument was that everyone wanted to see a freak show. Ok fine, that seemed consistant with what most hardcore fans wanted.
Now, with no holds barred drug use, the woman got so freaky , it has now ended pro female BB.
The pro men are still viable but have not been on any TV for over a decade.
They have added NON bodybuilding , mainstream types like bikini and the new MPD boardshorts classes to gain mainstream appeal.
If the drugged to the max freak show was so great , why is BB in its' current situation?
My view is that some reasonable IFBB pro drug testing and strict judging standards would have kept things "in check" starting 20 yrs ago.
If the IFBB has no plans to enforce the 48 pgs of drug testing rules why don't they just delete it at this point.
