I have heard about everything from diuteics to not drinking any fluids for 2-3 days.
I never did anything too extreme but I never was anything great in BB.

I would be curious about how the top guys really prep to look hard and dry?

If you are taking HGH, cut it out 4 weeks out from contest, the rest of it is about knowing your body when dealing with water manipulation, a lot of the time its a case of trial and error
