Same thing happens to celebs and musicians... many who have never touched 'the juice'.

Common element - addiction to pain killers...

nothign to do with steroids,,try pain killers,,and along the lines bring back eddie garero ,,which died again from the usage of pain killer and narcotics,, those fellas are addicted to narcotics and pain killer along with boooz,,the steroids do nothing to them ,,its like water ,,infact they extend their lives,,today is macho nacho,,tomorow is jon cena and he will go too in time ,,yesterday it wss kerry vaneric and inbetween it ws eddie garero,,all the same crap oabusers of narcotics and pain killers ,,ALL OF THEM,,AND ALWAYS BOOZ INVOLVED FOR MANY YEARS!

My high school English teacher died the same way, heart attack while driving but he had a chance to pull over then just collapsed in his car. he was not a juicer!

These guys are dropping like flies..I think probably like 30-40 wrestlers have died (90%from heart attack's) in the last 5-6 years alone, everyone we grew up with in the 80's and 90's is gone

I heard Kurt Angle talk about this, as well as brett Heart...

The problem with wrestling is that is basically a traveling carnival show... from one city to the next no rest really, And if they don't wrestle they don't get paid, only get about 2 weeks of vacation a year.

As they wrestle they obviously get hurt from all the pounding and slamming, so they are all on Pain killers, which numb them and takes away the energy to wrestle... So they Do alot of cocaine daily especially before a match..

Now mix that in with the Brooz they drink due to family issues cus they are never home with the wife and kids.

If he had been on the gear he would have crashed instead of being able to pull over. Thats how you can tell the difference. So obviously Savage died of gear usage.
