Forgot to mention, if you train 3 times a day six times a week, you will have to spend a few thousand bucks on supplements each month, lol.

Yeah well, everything that goes over 20.000 US $ for protein per month, i have to ask my wife for permission.

Glad though she doesn't get it sometimes when i tell her the protein/creatin mix is ONLY creatin, so i can spend another 5000$ on that.

On a serious side note, if you would spend the money on steroids, HGH and sushi instead, HOLY SHIT.

Warum aehneln manchmal japanische Kanji traditionellem Chinesisch und manchmal vereinfachtem?

Beispiel:

龍 traditionell 龙 (vereinfacht)

国 vereinfacht 國 (traditionell)
