I got your heavy bag right here lady !!
What size gloves do you recommend Falcon 8 or 10 ounce?
heavy bag that's awesome. what brand you have?I had an everlast and the top part ripped off, also had some blue wrist weights, they too ripped open and sand flew over the whole room.i was mentally defeated and haven't gone back at it since.
ive got aan everlast bag with century gloves im thinking of wrapping the entire thing with ductape to keep everything intackt some parts of the thread are wanting to rip. gotta definitly do that before you really start fighting the bag. dont give up on it, i think its vital for vegetarians to use failcon punching tactics
i dont know mine feel like they are 14-16 ounce gloves. id go with fullsize heaviest gloves you can find dont start out throwing super power punches or youll fuck your wrist. throw lighter than gradually work to counter. becareful not to hyper extend the elbow on punches! but dont worrry you probably will anyways like me but eventually you adapt to a point where you throw perfect punchescurl your fist inward for hooks dont straight wrist a hook cause your fist will be too lose when connnecting to the bag
You have to work on your technique Master Falcon ,the size of the gloves have nothing to do with your wrist injuries.Never curl your fist inward Master Failcan , wrapping your hands will protect both your wrists and hands from injury, make sure that your wrist is straight when wrapping your hands you can use tape over the wraps for extra protection..CHE approved
I used those mma type glows with the bar in the middle of the inside, never had any wrist problems, are boxing gloves more treacherous that way, more injury prone?
always use regulation boxing gloves punching with anything less will destroy your handstoday i just did power punching and power combos without much feet movement. Awesome great workout for cardio and ripping deep into the biceps and forearmsyesterday i did shitload more feet work and punching i got crazy winded and tired doing it and missed the punching bag more definitly harder to hit when trying to be superiorly evasive and weavein and dodging around the bagi suggest everyone to give it a shot to find new inspiration in life
i usually straight fist when jabbing and straits , but for haymaker hooks that are wide i curl in my fist for a true failcan experienceno injuries but havent hit the heavy bag in years but did sometimes mess up a punch where my fist and wrist were a little slack when connecting with the bagtaping up the hands does sound good, i guess im in a hurry when boxing to do that. ill usually punch for 5-7 min then go back in an our or 2 and go at it again
good workout! this is good for an offensive workout
