haha so true...I've gotten down to 6 percent bf eating close to 3000 cals a day and 45 minutes cardio a day. I was only 200 pounds at that time too lol. No need to kill yourself to get lean. let the drugs do the work..

I always get the feeling that he could be a bit better conditioning wise, but other than that good bodybuilder and seems to be a very nice guy.

i agree,,great shape and full crazy legs top to bottom,always needed touch of tri thickness and some back pop a little shy there ,but his shape from the front shots impress..
