that time we are but days away from June, which is when the obese nutrition guru (AKA - Fat Panda) said he would return to 'GB' - sub 10% body fat!!
NOW, having seen his little spare (box) room (cupboard under the stairs) with an Argos bench & some adjustable dumb bells

I know this tasks to be impossible, not to mention his complete lack of understanding, when it comes to any-thing relating to macro-nutrient composition - vs - cardio.
Having been sub 10% on numerous occasions my self, & knowing the obese one.
I would put every-thing I own (including my brand, business) on the proverbial, Poker table, that he has got more chance of getting to the top of mount Everest (unassisted by oxygen, a feat few in the world can master) than he has of posting pics here in a week or so at sub 10%.
So, come on 'FP' it's put the fuck up, or shut the fuck up time.
Or did you get run off the board for good last time we roasted your ass?? oh, & don't bother to say we never got under your skin because those last x2 threads you started before you went in-to hibernation, were just pure gold mate
