Due to high insertions his vastus lateralus could have used a bit more mass. Not saying his sweeps sucked, but he could definitely have benefited from making them a strength.

I was doing the Rochester contest one year and Bob was the MC..........after a bit of badgering from the crowd he put on an impromptu posing display with the other guest posers, and looked as good or better than the other guys who were there that day.

In great condition, and a really good poser........none of that popping and locking bullshit,just an old school posing routine with classic moves.

He`s a funny bastard at the mike too! LOL

People don’t know this about Bob but he’ll go out of his way to make an out of town person welcome in a new environment or help a friend. I know this one first-hand. Class act all the way.

He was talented on stage but he really found his calling behind the microphone, interviews, master of ceremonies and you probably won’t find someone who knows more about the history of bb and its people.

A pity his internet persona sucks. He looks very good in those photos in the gym. Lat pose is excellent. Arms too high in the front double biceps.

What Johnnie Morant are you talking about? The one I know, "The Executioner", the 1989 North American Champion, who placed 4th in his pro debut at Night of Champions, was hardly just a set of good arms.
