extra sharp cheddar .. a whole center full .. mixed crumbled bacon and some caramelized onions in the mince .. it's really tasty  :)

I'm salivating to make another one I saw on the food channel

A western omelet , canadian bacon and hollandaise sauce on a toasted roll .. a kinda sorta eggs benedict sammy .. but I cannot do hollandaise ..  so I may replace that with some cream cheese and see how it is
